Dark Chocolate Green Tea Caramel Cupcakes

Super sweet, but not too sweet. =)

1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 egg whites
1 cup whole wheat flour
6 packets of stevia
3 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup Matcha Queen Green Tea powder

Bake on 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden green. Move from pan immediately. Let cool then top with dark fudge icing and sugar-free caramel syrup.
