Guys, these are seriously the bomb! I make these all the time. They’re filling, fluffy and SO HEALTHY! Not to mention, they taste amazeballs. Make em!!
1 cup protein pancake mix (or your pancake mix of choice)
1/4 cup Matcha Queen Green Tea powder
1 cup cold water
1/4 cup white chocolate or yogurt chips
1/4 cup cranberries
Combine all ingredients and make like you would a regular pancake.
For curing a cold, add several drops of echinacea to the batter. The antioxidants in the Matcha alone, even after being fried on the stove, are enough to help you feel better, but the cranberries and echinacea set it off.
Top with sugar-free syrup, all-natural honey or white chocolate peanut butter from the peanut butter company if sugar isn’t a concern.
